Here are some of the worry-free maintenance items included at Pine Meadows:

Grass cutting, fertilizing, weed trimming around homes and in the common areas provides you with more free time.
Snow removal from roads, parking lots, driveways, front walkway to the bottom step at the front of the home makes for a safe and carefree winter environment.
Maintenance, testing and operations of all water and sewage systems, which means they are in compliance with the Ministry of Environment and in good working order. This ensures we have the highest standard of water.
Maintenance and operations of all buildings including the Recreation Centre and Maintenance Shop, ensures they are always safe and available for your use.
Scheduled maintenance of flowerbeds in front of homes, depending on need.
General liability insurance on the development to ensure protection for you and your guests. (Note that you still need to carry your own insurance.)
Seven percent of monthly maintenance fees are deposited into a Reserve Fund. This fund is used for repairs and maintenance of major capital expenditures such as roads, water and sewer systems, buildings, etc.
All other costs associated with maintenance and operations of the entire community of Pine Meadows, including equipment, which all impact our high standard of attractive, well-kept grounds.
